
Ingredients
- 1 14-ounce package of Villari Brothers Natural Hardwood Smoked Sausage in Natural Casing
- 1 14-ounce package of Villari Brothers Natural Hardwood Smoked Polish Kielbasa
- 1 Package of Villari Brothers Smokehouse CraftedTM Chicken Breast
- 1 pound of Shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail removed
- 1 Medium Onion, chopped
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
- 2 Stalks of Celery, chopped
- 1 Cup Chicken Stock or Broth
- 1 28-ounce Can Diced Tomatoes with Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Creole Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 3 Bay Leaves
- 1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce
Directions
- Cut Sausage on a bias into 1/4 inch pieces. Remove bones from Chicken and cut into cubes.
- In a pot over medium heat combine Sausages, Chicken, Onions, Celery, and Bell Peppers. Stir while heating.
- When Vegetables begin to soften, add Chicken Stock, Diced Tomatoes, and all the Herbs and Spices.
- Let it come to a low simmer and simmer for 30 minutes. Then add Hot Sauce and Shrimp and simmer for 5 more minutes until Shrimp is cooked.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over Cooked Rice with Crusty Bread.
