Sausage Chicken & Shrimp Creole

  1. Cut Sausage on a bias into 1/4 inch pieces. Remove bones from Chicken and cut into cubes.
  2. In a pot over medium heat combine Sausages, Chicken, Onions, Celery, and Bell Peppers. Stir while heating.
  3. When Vegetables begin to soften, add Chicken Stock, Diced Tomatoes, and all the Herbs and Spices.
  4. Let it come to a low simmer and simmer for 30 minutes. Then add Hot Sauce and Shrimp and simmer for 5 more minutes until Shrimp is cooked.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve over Cooked Rice with Crusty Bread.
