Ingredients

  • 4 Villari Prime Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Prep the Chops: Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Dredge: Coat chops in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
  3. Cook: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and internal temp reaches 145°F.
  4. Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
