- 4 Villari Prime Boneless Pork Chops
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Prep the Chops: Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dredge: Coat chops in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
- Cook: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and internal temp reaches 145°F.
- Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
