Ingredients
- 2 lbs Villari Smoked Turkey Wings
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (like Frank's or your favorite brand)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it with olive oil.
- Prepare the Glaze: In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat and set aside.
- Bake the Turkey Wings: Arrange the Villari Smoked Turkey Wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Brush a generous amount of the glaze over each wing. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Glaze and Broil: Remove the foil and brush more glaze onto the wings. Increase the oven temperature to broil and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, keeping an eye on them to prevent burning. This will caramelize the glaze for a sticky, flavorful finish.
- Serve: Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
