Ingredients
- 8 slices Villari Hickory Hardwood Smoked Thick-Cut Bacon
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix cream cheese, spinach, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff chicken breasts with the mixture and wrap each in 2 slices of bacon. Secure with toothpicks.
- Roast chicken on a baking sheet for 25-30 minutes, until bacon is crispy and chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup and Dijon. Drizzle over roasted Brussels sprouts.
- Serve the bacon-wrapped chicken alongside the maple-glazed Brussels sprouts for a hearty and flavorful meal!
