- 4 Villari Prime Pork Cutlets
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 egg, beaten

- 1 ball of burrata cheese
- 4 soft sandwich rolls
- Fresh arugula or spinach
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Season pork cutlets with salt and pepper, then dip in egg and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry cutlets until golden and crispy, about 4 minutes per side.
- Slice the burrata and place it on each roll, then top with the crispy pork cutlet.
- Add fresh arugula or spinach and drizzle with balsamic glaze for a sweet-tangy finish.
