Pork Cutlet and Burrata Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 Villari Prime Pork Cutlets
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • 4 soft sandwich rolls
  • Fresh arugula or spinach
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Season pork cutlets with salt and pepper, then dip in egg and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry cutlets until golden and crispy, about 4 minutes per side.
  3. Slice the burrata and place it on each roll, then top with the crispy pork cutlet.
  4. Add fresh arugula or spinach and drizzle with balsamic glaze for a sweet-tangy finish.
  5. Serve immediately for a deliciously creamy, savory sandwich experience!
