Ground Pork Sliders

Ingredients

  • 2 packages of Villari ground pork
  • 6 slices Villari thick-cut bacon
  • Garlic, salt and pepper
  • 4 peaches
  • Hot honey
  • Sharp white cheddar cheese
  • Arugula
  • Tiny brioche buns

Directions

  1. Cook your bacon until it's just about crispy
  2. Dice up your bacon and add to the ground pork
  3. Add fresh garlic or garlic powder, salt and pepper to the ground pork
  4. Roll into patties and grill or cook on the flat top
  5. Sauteé your peaches or grill peach rings with hot honey
  6. Top your sliders with cheese, cooked peaches, and arugula

Sliders are fun for kids and adults! These ground pork sliders with bacon, peach compote, and hot honey are a perfect summer meal.

Suggested sides: 

Watermelon with mint leaves and goat cheese, corn on the cob with butter and creole seasonings, and a good old fashioned American beer.
