Smoked Chicken White Alabama BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • Dry Rub 2 Tablespoons Smoked Hungarian Paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Cane Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • Sauce: 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Horseradish (adjust according to your taste for “hot”)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

Directions

  1. Combine Paprika, Onion Powder, Chili Powder, Cumin, Brown Sugar and White Sugar in a small bowl.
  2. Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper, then rub the spice mixture on all sides of the Smoked Chicken Breast.
  3. Place seasoned Smoked Chicken on baking pan and heat according to instructions on package.
  4. To make the sauce: In a medium bowl, combine Mayonnaise, Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Horseradish, Mustard and Cayenne. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
  5. Drizzle heated Smoked Chicken Breasts with Alabama Mayo Sauce and serve.
