
Ingredients
- Dry Rub 2 Tablespoons Smoked Hungarian Paprika
- 2 Tablespoons Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
- 1/2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tablespoon Cane Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Sauce: 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Horseradish (adjust according to your taste for “hot”)
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Directions
- Combine Paprika, Onion Powder, Chili Powder, Cumin, Brown Sugar and White Sugar in a small bowl.
- Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper, then rub the spice mixture on all sides of the Smoked Chicken Breast.
- Place seasoned Smoked Chicken on baking pan and heat according to instructions on package.
- To make the sauce: In a medium bowl, combine Mayonnaise, Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Horseradish, Mustard and Cayenne. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Drizzle heated Smoked Chicken Breasts with Alabama Mayo Sauce and serve.
