The Best of the Best Pork Burger

  • 1/2 Cup Hellman’s Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Heinz Ketchup
  • 1/3 Cup Mt. Olive Bread and Butter Pickles (chopped fine)
  • 1 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion (chopped fine)
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Hungarian Paprika
  • Dash of Salt and Black Pepper
  • Pork Burgers
  • 2 pounds Villari Ground Pork
  • 1 Clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1.5 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Hungarian Paprika
  • Dash of Black Pepper


  1. Sauce
  2. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Pork Burgers
  4. Mix Villari Ground Pork, Garlic, Sea Salt, Hungarian Paprika, and Black Pepper
  5. together in a large bowl. Blend well, but do not over mix, and form into 6
  6. equal patties.
  7. Cook the patties in a cast iron skillet or pan over med heat for 4 or 5 minutes
  8. each side. Cook until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Don’t over cook or
  9. the burger will be dry.
  10. Serve on a bun with your favorite toppings, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Cheese, Pickles, etc.
