Ingredients
- SAUCE
- 1/2 Cup Hellman’s Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Heinz Ketchup
- 1/3 Cup Mt. Olive Bread and Butter Pickles (chopped fine)
- 1 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Tablespoon Onion (chopped fine)
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Hungarian Paprika
- Dash of Salt and Black Pepper
- Pork Burgers
- 2 pounds Villari Ground Pork
- 1 Clove Garlic (minced)
- 1.5 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Hungarian Paprika
- Dash of Black Pepper
Directions
- Sauce
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Pork Burgers
- Mix Villari Ground Pork, Garlic, Sea Salt, Hungarian Paprika, and Black Pepper
- together in a large bowl. Blend well, but do not over mix, and form into 6
- equal patties.
- Cook the patties in a cast iron skillet or pan over med heat for 4 or 5 minutes
- each side. Cook until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Don’t over cook or
- the burger will be dry.
- Serve on a bun with your favorite toppings, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Cheese, Pickles, etc.
