Ingredients
- 2 racks of Villari Prime Baby Back Ribs
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Season ribs with salt and pepper. Wrap tightly in foil and bake for 2.5 hours.
- While ribs cook, simmer pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and ginger in a saucepan for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
- Unwrap ribs, brush with glaze, and broil for 5 minutes.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy the sweet and spicy flavors!
