Ingredients
- 2 Villari Certified Duroc Tomahawk Chops (about 1-inch thick)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 lemons, zested
- 4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 3 tbsp of herbal seasoning (oregano, rosemary, etc)
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
Directions
- Place Villari Certified Duroc Tomahawk Chops in a flat baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the lemon juice, red wine vinegar, lemon zest, garlic, herbs, parsley, olive oil, sea salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the marinade over the Villari Certified Duroc Tomahawk Chops and refrigerate for as few as 2 hours, up to overnight.
- Preheat grill to high. Sear Villari Certified Duroc Tomahawk Chops on both sides and remove from direct heat.
- Continue cooking, flipping the Villari Certified Duroc Tomahawk Chops every 3-4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
