  • Villari Prime Tomahawk Chop
  • Olive Oil
  • Preferred Seasonings


  1. Preheat grill to high
  2. Remove product from packaging
  3. Apply oil and seasoning of your liking
  4. Sear chop on both sides over direct heat
  5. Remove chops from direct heat
  6. Continue cooking, flipping the chop every 3-4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F
  7. Let rest 10 minutes before serving
