Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Skinless Pork Belly
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to cooking temperature of 400° Fahrenheit.
- Combine the oil, brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika in a large bowl. Set bowl aside.
- Place the pork belly on a cutting board and pat dry using a paper towel. Using a sharp knife, cut the pork into 1-inch cubes.
- Place the pieces of pork belly into the seasoned oil mixture and toss the pieces, making sure to evenly cover all of the pork belly pieces.
- Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray and place the seasoned pork belly cubes in a single layer into the preheated air fryer basket.
- Air fry pork belly bites for 20-25 minutes. Shake and flip them a couple of times throughout the cooking process.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve with a favorite dipping sauce, maybe sweet and sour or BBQ.
