Easy Oven-Baked St. Louis Ribs

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F.
  2. Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel, then rub with olive oil.
  3. Generously coat the ribs with the BBQ dry rub, pressing it into the meat.
  4. Wrap the ribs tightly in foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 2.5–3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
  6. Remove the ribs from the oven, carefully unwrap, and brush with BBQ sauce.
  7. Set your oven to broil and return the ribs to the oven for 5–7 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized.
  8. Slice and serve warm!
