Ingredients
- 1 rack of Villari Prime St. Louis Ribs (about 3 lbs each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp BBQ dry rub (your favorite blend)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 275°F.
- Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel, then rub with olive oil.
- Generously coat the ribs with the BBQ dry rub, pressing it into the meat.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 2.5–3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
- Remove the ribs from the oven, carefully unwrap, and brush with BBQ sauce.
- Set your oven to broil and return the ribs to the oven for 5–7 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized.
- Slice and serve warm!
