Honey Garlic Pork Ribeye

  • 4 Villari Prime Pork Ribeyes
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2-1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes


  1. Season the Villari Prime Pork Ribeyes with salt then sear in a hot pan until well-browned on both sides.
  2. Mix together all the sauce ingredients. Taste and adjust as preferred.
  3. Pour the sauce into the pan and allow to cook, basting the Villari Prime Pork Ribeyes, until the sauce is reduced and the Villari Prime Pork Ribeyes is cooked to your preference.
  4. Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
