Cooking Villari Pork
Step One
Preheat grill to high.
Step Two
Remove product from the packaging. Apply oil and seasoning of your liking.
Step Three
Sear chop on both sides over direct heat.
Step Four
Remove chops from direct heat. Continue cooking, flipping the chop every 3-4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees°F. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Cook Time
Should take approximately 20 minutes.
Step One
Preheat oven to 375 degrees°F.
Step Two
Remove product from the packaging and place it on an oven-able pan, spacing slices 1/4″ apart.
Step Three
Place the pan in the oven and leave the bacon uncovered. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Step Four
Remove from pan place bacon on paper towels to drain.
Cook Time
Should take approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until desired level of crispness.

Step Two
Remove product from the packaging and place it on an oven-able pan.
Step Three
Place the pan in the oven and leave the meat uncovered. Cook until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees°F (minimum).
Cook Time
Should take approximately 90 minutes.
Cooking Villari Turkey
Step One
Preheat oven to 350 degrees°F.
Step Two
Remove product from the packaging and place it on an oven-able pan.
Step Three
Place the pan in the oven and leave the meat uncovered. Cook until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees°F (minimum).
Cook Time
Should take approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
Pro Tip
We like to let them cook for about 35 to 40 minutes, so the meat is more tender, and the skin is very crisp.
