Ingredients
- Chose:
- 1 package Villari Brothers Smokehouse CraftedTM Fully-cooked Chicken Breasts, Wings, Drumsticks or Half Chicken
- For the Rub:
- 3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Hungarian Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Dill
- Add all Rub ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. (Stored in an airtight container, Rub can be used for up to six months.)
- For applying Rub:
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Stir Mustard and Honey together and brush a thin coating on the Smoked Chicken.
- Sprinkle Rub on the Chicken.
- Heat according to heating instructions on the package.
