Ingredients
- 4 Prime Pork Ribeye Chops
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp cayenne powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients
- Coat Ribeye Chops with olive oil and spice blend
- Cover with plastic and rest in the fridge for 30-60 min
- Heat a cast iron skillet at med-high w/ oil
- When it's hot, cook your Chops about 2-3min per side
- Serve with your fav southern sides
