Pan-Seared Ribeye Chops

These pork ribeye chops are coated in a smoky, slightly spicy seasoning blend and pan-seared until juicy and flavorful and are perfect with your favorite Southern sides!

Ingredients

  • 4 Prime Pork Ribeye Chops
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp cayenne powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. Coat Ribeye Chops with olive oil and spice blend
  3. Cover with plastic and rest in the fridge for 30-60 min
  4. Heat a cast iron skillet at med-high w/ oil
  5. When it's hot, cook your Chops about 2-3min per side
  6. Serve with your fav southern sides
