Ingredients
- 2 Villari Market Tomahawk Pork Chops
- 2 oranges (zested and juiced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix orange zest, juice, garlic, rosemary, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the marinade over the pork chops and let them rest for 15-30 minutes.
- Grill pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
