Orange, Garlic, and Rosemary Tomahawk Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 Villari Market Tomahawk Pork Chops
  • 2 oranges (zested and juiced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix orange zest, juice, garlic, rosemary, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the marinade over the pork chops and let them rest for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Grill pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
