Directions
- Grill your Villari Prime Mediterranean Marinated Pork Loin at a medium high temperature of 375-400 degrees over direct heat for 8-12 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes until reaching an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- While your Villari Prime Mediterranean Marinated Pork Loin is cooking, prepare your wrap fillings by slicing the roma tomato and onion, and chopping the purple cabbage and parsley.
- Once the Villari Prime Mediterranean Marinated Pork Loin is finished, slice into strips to fit in your wrap.
