- 4-pound Villari Brothers Pork Shoulder (Pork Shoulder Blade Roast)
- ¼ Cup Caribbean or Jamaican Style Rub
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup beef stock
- 4 ounces Jamaican Jerk Style Sauce
- Rub the Pork Roast with Olive Oil and coat with Caribbean or Jamaican Style Rub.
- Set your Crock Pot to Medium add the Seasoned Pork Roast.
- Add the Beef Stock and Jerk Style Sauce.
- Cover and cook on Medium for 3 ½ to 4 hours or low for 6 hours, or until the meat is tender.
- Shred and serve.
