Jerked Pork Roast

  • 4-pound Villari Brothers Pork Shoulder (Pork Shoulder Blade Roast)
  • ¼ Cup Caribbean or Jamaican Style Rub
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup beef stock
  • 4 ounces Jamaican Jerk Style Sauce


  1. Rub the Pork Roast with Olive Oil and coat with Caribbean or Jamaican Style Rub.
  2. Set your Crock Pot to Medium add the Seasoned Pork Roast.
  3. Add the Beef Stock and Jerk Style Sauce.
  4. Cover and cook on Medium for 3 ½ to 4 hours or low for 6 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  5. Shred and serve.
