General Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Remove from packaging and place on ovenable pan in preheated oven, covered.
- Heat for 15 minutes per pound and let rest for 3 to 5 minutes before slicing.
- Oven temperatures vary; adjust cooking time and oven temperature as necessary.
- Now you are ready to serve! Place on cutting board, and beginning at one end, against the grain of the meat, slice down straight down with an even stroke cutting completely through the bottom.
