The Villari Prime Tomahawk Chop, sourced from local North Carolina farms, is the ultimate meat lover’s treat. Thick and center-cut from the loin, it’s tender, juicy and richly marbled for melt-in-your-mouth goodness. The “tomahawk” name comes from the distinctive shape of the bone, which is left long, around 6-7 inches. This unique long-bone cut amplifies flavor and makes for stunning appeal on your plate. The Villari Prime Tomahawk chop has an elevated difference from other tomahawk chops: while most will leave the bone “Frenched” with all of the meat cleaned off of it, Villari leaves a little of the most flavorful rib and belly meat on the bone, giving you more meat, and the Tomahawk chop better flavor, and an overall enhanced eating experience.
