General Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and rub the Roast with a little olive oil.
- Season on all sides.
- Place in an ovenproof pan and roast for 15 -18 minutes per pound, until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF.
- Let rest for 10 to 12 minutes before slicing to serve.
