Our Boneless Pork Loin is beautifully marbled for an exceptional roast. Perfect just seasoned and roasted, it’s also a great choice for grilling or smoking. Or, you can cut your own boneless pork chops and get the exact thickness you want.

General Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and rub the Roast with a little olive oil.
  2. Season on all sides.
  3. Place in an ovenproof pan and roast for 15 -18 minutes per pound, until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF.
  4. Let rest for 10 to 12 minutes before slicing to serve.
