Pork Loin Frenched Rib Rack

Cut from the center of the loin, this 10 Rib Rack is also known as a rib roast. It makes a lavish presentation at your family table – perfect for holidays or large get-togethers. You also can cut between the bones for great bone-in pork chops.

 

General Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Rough cut carrots, celery, onions and garlic, and place in the bottom of a roasting pan.
  3. Liberally apply salt and pepper all over the Rib Roast, and place it on top of the vegetables and garlic in the Roasting Pan.
  4. Cook for 15 - 18 minutes, then reduce heat to 325°F and continue to roast for 1-1/2  to 2 hours or until internal temperature has reached 145°F.
  5. Remove the Rib Roast from the oven, place it on a cutting board and let it rest for 10 - 15 minutes before slicing to serve.
