Cut from the center of the loin, this 10 Rib Rack is also known as a rib roast. It makes a lavish presentation at your family table – perfect for holidays or large get-togethers. You also can cut between the bones for great bone-in pork chops.
General Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Rough cut carrots, celery, onions and garlic, and place in the bottom of a roasting pan.
- Liberally apply salt and pepper all over the Rib Roast, and place it on top of the vegetables and garlic in the Roasting Pan.
- Cook for 15 - 18 minutes, then reduce heat to 325°F and continue to roast for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until internal temperature has reached 145°F.
- Remove the Rib Roast from the oven, place it on a cutting board and let it rest for 10 - 15 minutes before slicing to serve.
