It comes from Duroc heritage hogs, which are world-renowned for the superior color, conformation and muscle quality that produces the most tender, juiciest pork. In fact, the Never Ever line ranks among the top 10% of U.S. pork for tenderness, based on the Newman National Benchmarking system.
The Duroc hogs are raised by local Carolina family farms. Meeting American Humane standards, they’re raised with natural, crate-free gestation and environmentally-responsible methods. The producers and haulers are Pork Quality Assurance Plus certified, and haulers are Transport Quality Assurance certified. Currently, the Never Ever antibiotic free pork product line includes fresh cuts, ground pork and sausage. All products are available in consumer-friendly packaging under the Villari Brothers Never Ever brand. For retailers, Villari offers a variety of in-store merchandising materials.
